Life coaching is not consulting, nor is it mentoring, therapy, or counseling. Life coaching hones in on personal projects, business issues or career paths, or transitions in a person’s life. It involves looking at what is going on right now, identifying challenges or obstacles, and defining a course of action that will overcome those obstacles to reach important personal goals.
With knowing that my clients are seeking true guidance, support and accountability, it is my mission to offer the tools that will help them reach their goals.
Through empathy, critical thinking and formal education, I successfully fulfill my clients expectations to move forward past their blockages and challenges.
To date, I have coached over 186.5 hours and counting!

I get it! You are stressed out, overworked and overwhelmed. You have deadlines to meet, a relationship that seems to go uncared for and laundry that you have been meaning to get to 3 weeks ago that now is all wrinkled and there’s no way you have time to iron anything!
And, what about the bathrooms that need cleaning, the bills that need to get paid and your boss who is wondering when is your project going to be complete??
Not to mention, you can’t remember the last time you took out time for yourself because every time you run a nice, hot bubble bath the phone rings
What are you seeking to achieve or accomplish?
Where are you right now in proximity to your goal?
What do you need right now to achieve your goal?
If these three steps have been helpful to you, just imagine how much further you would be along your journey with Life Coaching that is focused on you specifically?
