What is a Life Coach?

Life coaching is not consulting, nor is it mentoring, therapy, or counseling. Life coaching hones in on personal projects, business issues or career paths, or transitions in a person’s life. It involves looking at what is going on right now, identifying challenges or obstacles, and defining a course of action that will overcome those obstacles to reach important personal goals.
