For the last 6 months, I have been scouring over numbers, business plans and ordering samples all in an effort to provide my clients and supporters with a line of delicious health food products branded as Health Coach Shalynne. With the realization of the cost of starting a top-of the-line product line, I decided that I needed to make some adjustments to my plan.

So, I began a journey to find a company that provided all the things that I was seeking to create. I wanted a company that had nutrition as it's focus. That made meal planning simple. That had products that tasted delicious. That had products that were non-GMO. That had a low sodium content. I found everything I was looking for plus so much more including a gluten-free line!

Roasted Italian Vegetable Medley

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 20 mins
  • Servings: 6


  •  1 zucchini chopped
  •  1/2 red onion sliced
  •  1 pound mushrooms halved
  •  2 cups cherry tomatoes
  •  8 cloves garlic peeled
  •  3 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
  •  2 teaspoons Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with greased foil. Toss all ingredients together and spread on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender. Serve hot.
