8-Week Training Program: Abs, Glutes, Arms


In this 8-week Jumpstart Program you will focus on full body moves with an emphasis on abs, glutes and arms.

While the total body needs physical activity and movement, the exercises in this 8-week program have been strategically combined to add additional emphasis on the abs, glutes and arms which tend to be the area of the body most challenging to fine tune.

These exercises have been performed by Coach Shalynne and have been implemented in her exercise sessions for her clients yielding amazing results.

The program itself should be done 2-3 times per week with one full day of rest between sessions. Weights should be added to the session once the basic moves have been mastered.

The program itself can be done within 30-45 minute timeframe making it doable within a busy schedule.

Equipment needed: Exercise mat, light to heavy dumbbells.
