Are you ready to work your full body without any equipment at all? Come to live body-weight classes with Health Coach Shalynne. You are sure to have a great experience and burn some calories to help you work towards your health and fitness goals.

When: Saturday Morning from 8:00am-9:00am: June 16, 2018, June 23, 2018, June 30, 2018 July 14, 2018, July 21, 2018 and July 28, 2018.

Where: Southfield Parks and Recs Building, 26000 Evergreen Rd., Southfield, MI 48076

Instructor: Shalynne Barr, MBA, CNC, CPT, CGFI

Who: Open to participants who are beginner to active.

How: Class size is limited to 15 participants per class.

Cost: Pay the bundle price amount for a set of Classes OR $12 for drop in

Class size is limited to 15 participants. Sign up early to reserve your spot! No equipment is necessary. Bring your mat and water.

Some exercises will require jumping and squatting. Be sure that you are able to perform these moves. 

Save $$$ by buying a bundle of classes or choice the specific date that works for your schedule and pay the $12 drop-in fee. Once again, if you are dropping in please choose the specific dates that you will like to attend as class will fill up quickly.

This class is sure to be fun and the music will be pumping!

Please bring your mat and water to class.
