Hi! I'm Shalynne Barr and it is my goal to help you lose weight and be fit so that you can live life with energy and vitality.

My journey to good health probably sounds very familiar to yours. I am a former potato chip addict that was sabotaging my own health and wondering why I couldn't lose weight permanently. I too frequently blamed my "shapely" hips, thighs to "it just runs in my family". Deep down inside I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to live life in a consistent, health manner but I was trapped in a fierce battle with myself.

Then one day, I decided enough was enough. I was tired of battling with my high cholesterol, having low iron and struggling to balance my white blood cell count. I was tired of my knees hurting and my low back pain.  My extra 32lbs. that I was carrying around was clearly not beneficial to my overall heath.

So I changed my life and you can too. With watching what I ate and exercising consistently, I turned my back on a lifestyle that was doing me more harm than good.

Now I am here to help you find the same freedom that I am enjoying. Are you ready?
